Man given CBO in Fakenham |
A man has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) following offences in Fakenham. The 24-year-old man appeared at King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court last week (9 July 2026) where he was handed a three-year CBO which states he can't:
This order was obtained following incidents in which he failed to comply with a Community Protection Notice (handed to him by the courts in 2025) and assaulted a police officer. For people who continue to commit offences despite intervention, officers will gather evidence and build a case to seek court orders such as CBOs. Breaching a CBO is classed as a criminal offence, and therefore when reoffending takes place, police have further powers of arrest available to them. Read more here | ||
